survey - research questions

The purpose of the survey is to provide context and justification to the research project, providing an indication of the magnitude of the impact of privacy on public health practice. The specific research questions being addressed by the survey are as follows:
  1. Does the target public health community in Canada and the UK perceive privacy as a significant obstacle to public health practice?
  2. What identifying information does the target public health community require for accurate analysis and improved evidence-based decision making
  3. What is the target public health community’s feedback on the proposed research and its usefulness?

Evidence-based decision making is used to mean “using valid and accurate evidence to make the most effective and efficient decision”. This can only be accomplished using relevant and comprehensive data and methodologies. Relevant articles and peer-reviewed papers can easily be retrieved through a web search.
